Order Modification
If you decide you want to change something after you've added your orders to your shopping cart, but before you check out, there is no problem. Simply click to edit the item in your cart, and you'll be able to make any changes you want. Once you've completed your order, our automated manufacturing process immediately schedules your order to our manufacturer for production.
No modification of order after 24 hours of order placement. Order cancellation
Order can be cancelled before shipment with a handling charge of US$ 10 per order. Payment
We accept payments by PayPal or by major credit cards.
Credit card payment is processed by PayPal, BUT you are not required to have or create a PayPal account.
Availability
All items are made-to-order. We usually keep stock for immediate processing.
If your order cannot be fulfilled within the normal timeframe, you will be notified by email and given the options to remain on backorder or cancel your order. Delivery Lead Time
Orders will be processed and shipped in 3 - 4 business days. International shipment transit time is 14 business days for delivery to all USA, Canada and other International orders.
Please expect to receive your order in 4 weeks during factory holidays.

Customers are responsible for any tax or duty that may incur in their own country. Warranties
All items are brand new and of high quality, unless so stated in the product description.
All products are inspected for defects prior to shipping. We will replace defective items. Returns & Refunds
All claims should be make within 30 days of the Invoice date through Return Request Form.
For damaged, defective and wrong delivered items, we will pay for return shipping for exchange.
If for any reason you not satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange your product or refund the purchase price.
Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Return information: - You must complete the Return Request Form before return - You are responsible for the cost of shipping back - You are responsible for the actual postage for exchange of goods. We will quote and invoice shipping charge for goods exchange. - The product is still in their orginal packing and in a re-saleable condition - Product must be packed properly for shipping back to us - Please include a copy or an orignal invoice in the package
Additional return information: We will pay for return shipping fee associated with damaged, defective and wrong delivered items. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping of your item will be deducted from your refund. To determine these costs please refer to the Shipping Section of our site.
Upon receipt of your return, it takes us 7 business days to process your return and credit your account. Refund will be made through PayPal. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
